General Information

The Cracow Epiphany Conference has had a different topic every year. The series started in 1995. By bringing in new subjects and inviting new participants every year the meetings offer a general forum to discuss the frontiers of physics.

Venue

The conference will be held in the Henryk Niewodniczański Institute of Nuclear Physics Polish Academy of Sciences (IFJ PAN), 152 Radzikowskiego Street, Cracow, Poland (see map) Persons interested in attending the conference and in getting more information about the conference please send an e-mail to epiphany@ifj.edu.pl.

Conference dinner

All participants attending in person are kindly invited to the conference dinner. The cost of the dinner is included in the conference fee.

Conference fee and payment information

All participants are requested to pay the conference fee of 1300 PLN. The fee covers fixed costs, conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, and the conference dinner and can only be paid by bank transfer.

The deadline for payment is 15 December 2024.

Accommodation

Warning:

We received information that some of the participants were contacted by someone offering help with hotel reservations. We would like to inform you that the organizers do not call or send emails offering such services and that we strongly discourage using them.

Participants should book the hotel by themselves, however, we propose a few options for the accommodation:
