General Information

The Cracow Epiphany Conference has had a different topic every year. The series started in 1995. By bringing in new subjects and inviting new participants every year the meetings offer a general forum to discuss the frontiers of physics.

In February 2023 Staszek Jadach, a distinguished physicist and our dear friend, passed away. We have decided that the Cracow Epiphany Conference in 2024 will be dedicated to His memory. The main subject of the conference is precision in high energy particle physics because of Staszek’s remarkable contribution to this field.

Venue

The conference will be held at the Auditorium Maximum of the Jagiellonian University which is a modern conference and teaching facility opened in 2005. It is located at ul. Krupnicza 33, 31-123 Kraków which in close proximity to the city centre and many hotels. Conference dinner

All participants attending in person are kindly invited to the conference dinner, which will take place on Jan. 11, 2024. The cost of the dinner is included in the conference fee.

Conference fee and payment information

All participants are requested to pay the conference fee of 1200 PLN or 250 EUR. The fee covers fixed costs, conference proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, and the conference dinner and can only be paid by bank transfer.
The deadline for payment is 15 December 2023.
